Bye Bye DiFi
California Moderate Dianne Feinstein said that she will not vote for Alito, but she doesn't see a need for a Filibuster. Excuse me? Does she remember that she is a woman? Um, hello!!!!!!!!!
Dear Senator Clueless:
You are the only woman on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Alito has made his stance clear by his past actions that he is anti-choice and anti-woman. What in the hell are you thinking? By merely voting no and putting your head up your ass, you are turning your back on woman-kind.
I find you to be cowardly and unworthy of my support any longer. You are old and will be out off office fairly soon, maybe you are going senile? This could be the only possible explanation!
When roe v. Wade is over-turned, I will lead a demonstration in front of your office in San Francisco and all of the of the cushy homes that you own. How nice for you that you get to sit in your mansions and look down at, we the voters, the people who pay your salary.
You make me sick and I am now supporting the Green Candidate who is running to unseat you, you miserable, daft cow who has forgotten whom she serves.
A disappointed, woman Democrat and registered voter

Not only that, but one week ago, she called for a filibuster of him if he indicated he would vote to overturn Roe.

If she has drunk that "deserves-an-up-or-down-vote" Kool Ade, she should be ousted. One thing you can say about DeLay, he's a vote counter. DiFi has to know that the Repugs will vote him in if it gets to the floor. Shit on fire.

Im trying to figure out what she is up too.
I have been a fan of DiFi since she took the reigns over from Mosconi.
She is a liberal moderate but I also think she believes in
choosing her battles. Maybe she thinks Alito will be the Rehnquist and Roberts will be the O'Connor...
It does seem weird, I can't figure it out.

I hope she's inundated with phone calls - I'm calling her tomorrow.

I am right there with you, couldn't believe that crap came out of her mouth.
What does the administration have on these people?

How do you really feel, Catherine?
Building on Crackpot's comment, I hope after reading yesterday's Oregon assisted suicide decision that maybe Anthony Kennedy will move to the O'Connor spot, either in a fit of human decency, or as an attention grab. I don't casre which, as long as the makeup of the court doesn't become a 6-3 "fuck the minorities" panel.

I think that DiFi *thinks8 she might not get re-elected if she starts the filibuster. Yea, right.
And Roberts, there was never any hope for him. Plus, his vote yesterday confirms it.
Anyone know to become a Canadian citizen fast?
