Hell Hath No Fury Like a Female Blogger Scorned

Well, I wanted to ignore the very politically incorrect ad run by one of the Big Male Bloggers (don't want to mention his name, why help him?), but it is just too much to ignore.

This particular ad was such a blatant slap at women and what women are trying to achieve -- that it MAKES ME SICK. Is it not enough that we still earn less than men, have to deal with the fact that our bosses still value a man far more than value women and the fact that men still look at our body parts during meetings?

Why cannot people and readers judge on us on the quality of our entries, our insights and our abilities to sniff out a story? Why is that I can be one of the first bloggers to to post about something, but never receive acknowledgment from my male blogging compatriots? Yes, I can see the traffic and know that they have gotten the story from me.

I had to wave the flag of my fellow sister in blogging, Shakespeare's Sister. She rocks the house and I aspire to be her when I grow up as a blogger.

And, yes, I do realize that there are many super cool male bloggers who do not diminish women and their contributions to the blogosphere.

LMAO off at my home girl at After School Snack! Oh wait! I shouldn't laugh, I am woman without a sense of humor.

Thanks, Chris. We don't have to take it, but sadly we have to respond 'cause we can't let him speak for super cool men like you, Lance and Scott.
