So Long San Francisco Treat
Vincent DeDomenico who is credited with inventing Rice-A-Roni has passed away. He was 92 and died in his sleep. After he sold, the Golden Grain Macaroni Company in the 1980s, he went on to start the controversial Napa Valley Wine Train.

All I knew of Frisco when I was a kid was what I saw in those ads. I made my mother buy Rice a Roni. I can't remember the last time I had it though.
